Yokohama Chinatown, located in Naka Ward, Yokohama, is the largest Chinatown in Japan and one of the largest in East Asia. Within an area of approximately 0.2 square kilometers, over 500 shops stand side by side, offering not only Chinese cuisine but also Chinese culture, history, and entertainment. The district is characterized by its colorful gates and richly decorated architecture, attracting large numbers of visitors throughout the year.
